General Terms and Conditions:
The operator reserves the right to deviate from the described flight routes as necessary to enable the safe conduct of the flight.
The flight times advertised are approximate, and may be slightly longer or shorter depending on aircraft type.
Cancellation Policy:
All Tours may be cancelled by the customer for any reason up until 7 days prior to departure and receive a full refund less 3% refund processing fee if initial payment was made via credit or debit card.
Tours cancelled by the customer between 7 days and 72 hours prior to departure can be rescheduled for a later date or are eligible for a 50% refund. Rescheduled flights are not eligible for refunds if cancelled.
Reschedule requests by the customer less than 72 hours prior to departure will be done so at the operator’s discretion.
Tours cancelled by the customer within 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
Bookings that are cancelled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather that cannot be rescheduled to a time agreeable to the customer will be refunded in full.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
